Riftbound Vendetta will release very soon, and the next bans and rules update are expected to land on July, 24th.

Dave Guskin announced an incoming preemptive ban for July, 24th: Stealthy Pursuer.

Maybe additional ban(s) are coming. But in all cases, the next rules update will land on time as well for the new set: Vendetta!

The new rules will be available on Joutes as soon as they arrive.
